We are Lisette and Pascal, two passionate (and a little bit crazy) ladies who have shared a long friendship since we were 12 years old. Our paths took us on separate adventures—Lisette to South Africa and Pascal to Curaçao—but we were brought back together again a few years ago. This reunion ignited a new chapter in our lives, fueled by a shared fascination with people and a desire to help others unlock their full potential like we experienced ourselves, we decided to start working together and our dream is built this amazing community where we learn, chat, share and support each other!

Hi, I’m Lisette, and I’ve been living in beautiful The Hague for almost 5 years. Before this, I spent 13 years in Cape Town, where my husband and I ran hospitality businesses. The challenges of Covid-19 forced us to repatriate to the Netherlands with our two kids—a move we thought would be temporary, but here we are, …(finally) happily settled!
Adjusting to life in the Netherlands wasn’t easy. The first few years were chaotic as I had to let go of my old life and faced a lot of new challenges. This journey led me to question my choices and explore what I really wanted. It sparked my interest in personal growth, leading me to complete an NLP Practitioner course, team coaching training at Haagse Hoge School, and a Team Indexator program. These experiences deepened my fascination with group dynamics and how people thrive together.
Now, I’m ready to help you navigate life’s twists and turns. I am ready to help you figuring out which steps to take first to set up your own business… Through conversation, reflection, and practical exercises that worked for me, I’d love to guide and advice you on your journey. Let’s figure it out together!
